Flytoget has a strong brand and has won several awards in corporate social responsibility, sustainability and the environment, tourism, branding and customer satisfaction. As of today, Flytoget has approximately 350 employees and operates 23 train sets.

Flytoget has TVMs (ticket vending machines) located in all the stations (aprox. 29) and these are an important part of the distribution mix. Today's TVM have a number of technical components that are approaching end-of-life.
