Avinor needs to procure a framework agreement within; 1: Manager and employee development; development of manager programmes that support the business strategy, individual training and development activities, management group development at different manager levels, and group management. Coaching, talent and employee development, team development, communication, and cooperation.
2: Working environment development and conflict management. Includes both preventive measures and assistance where there are challenges, as well as dealing with conflicts.
