Eesmärk
Sarpsborg Municipality, intends to sign an ongoing service contract (3 years fixed + ongoing with termination) with TietoEvry for the upgrading Public360 version 4.1 SP9 to Public 360 Online. This is an upgrade of a current case and archive system for the municipality, including procedure for, amongst other things, political matters, building applications, planning and technical matters delivered in new delivery models.
