Eesmärk
The contracting authority, MOVAR, invites tenderers to participate in an open tender competition for the procurement of electric power for it's business, according to a spot price agreement. MOVAR consists of 11 building that combined amount to about 4,750 m2, and have a combined annual energy need of about 9 GWh. The contracting authority wants to enter into a contract for two years with an option to extend for one year + one year.
