Eesmärk
Politiets fellestjenester (PFT) (the Norwegian Police Shared Service), hereafter called the contracting authority, will enter into a contract for the procurement of a traffic contract for telephony, landline and mobile, with one primary supplier and one secondary supplier. A more detailed description of who the contract applies to, hereunder who is considered to be a Client in accordance with the contract, is in the contract Annex 1.
The client's socially critical assignments entail high demands in regard to quality and availability, both in daily use, and in crisis and emergency preparedness. The client wants to facilitate a larger part of the police tasks being safeguarded and carried out from mobile units, which set high requirements concerning coverage, capacity and uptime.
