We would like to invite you to participate in our Request For Quotation - FTL/LTL transportation with and without temperature control from EU countries to Latvia for period 01.10.2020-31.03.2021.

Full and partloads  FCA from Czech Republic
Temperature controlled transport
Delivery to Rimi warehouses in Kekava, LV (Chilled,Dry,F&V) or Olaine, LV (freezer)

Please find attached:

* Appendixes 1-40
*Please get acquainted with DC Safety & Security Regulations (attached).

Each appendix refers to specific country and service. Each request form include historical volume data for approximate volume planning.
When submitting your offer, please make sure you attach signed and scanned "Conditions for quotation" document as attachment. This is a must for choosing your offer to next step of evaluation.


Process will be completed in 3 stages:
Stage 1: Offer submission and Questions&answers. Ends on September 16
Stage 2: Offer evaluation, shortlist of potential suppliers (2-3 per each service lane). Ends on September 24
Stage 3: Results, invitations for cooperation. Deadline September 28
