ROAF needs to enter into parallel framework agreements for long-haul transport. The contracting authority sorts different fractions in their post-sorting plant (ESAR) at Skedsmo Miljøpark at Berger in Lillestrøm Municipality. The waste is transported to different countries in Europe and exported on Annex VII, which is the green-listed waste. In 2019, 3 500 tonne of plastic was freighted from ESAR to Germany, the Netherlands and Lithuania. The plastic is baled in about 1 m
