Bane NOR needs a holistic, fully integrated and cloud based HR system that supports our most central HR processes in a secure, efficient and user friendly way. Important areas for Bane NOR include, but are not limited to, recruitment, on/off boarding, competence management, Learning Management System (LMS), employee development, workforce planning, succession planning, analysis and reports, as well as HR core data.
