Furniture for Office and Conference Rooms, Primary and Secondary Schools Before-and-after-school Care, Nurseries and Institutions — Framework Agreement — Sarpsborg, Fredrikstad and Hvaler Municipalities

Eesmärk

Framework Agreement for the delivery of office and conference rooms, primary and secondary schools, before-and-after-school care, nurseries and communal rooms in institutions, in Sarpsborg, Fredrikstad and Hvaler Municipalities. The Contracting Authority's independent companies. Other municipal entities, including all official legal bodies and associations, cf. the definition in the Public Procurement Act §2, will have the right, but not an obligation, to join the Framework Agreement. The following entities will have an option to join the Framework Agreement: Sarpsborg Church Council Sarpsborg ASVO AS If, during the contract period, the municipality turns part of its activities into a 100 % owned limited company, or establishes new companies, the new companies will also have the right, but not an obligation, to enter into a contract on the same terms as the municipality.
