ROAF needs to enter a contract for the distribution of green waste bags twice a year. The objective of the contract is to ensure the inhabitants access to green waste bags for source segregation of food waste. Through the contract, the contracting authority shall achieve:
— efficient distribution,
— accurate and secure deliveries,
— predictable costs,
— safe “Contracting — Provider — Interaction”,
— limited number of contact persons to deal with.
