Hemi-spherical electron energy analyser and dual-anode X-ray source for X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy experiments

Aalto University, Department of Applied Physics seeks a hemi-spherical electron energy analyser and a dual-anode X-ray source for XPS experiments in an ultra-high vacuum (UHV) system. The XPS will be installed in a UHV system consisting of a sample preparation/analysis chamber and a low-temperature scanning probe micro-scope (LT-STM/AFM from CreaTec Fischer & Co. GmbH).
