Short description
A contract shall be signed for a turnkey contractor with early phase interaction (preliminary project) — Kjelsåsveien 114-116 Omsorg+ [Care+]. The contract shall include engineering design, demolition of the existing building in accordance with Annex 19 Scope of Demolition for Kjelsåsveien 114-116 Omsorg+, and construction of a minimum of 80 flats with associated service functions at 114-116, ref. Attached room programme and SKOK. The contract also includes the following works: — moving of the existing Swiss villa, rehabilitation of this in accordance with Annex 15 S-4842 — Planning Regulations for Kjelsåsveien 114 and 116 and interior preparation for tenant furnishings (Tenant furnishing are clarified in phase 1 preliminary project), — Alteration of the existing water, surface water and sewer pipeline south of the site, — alteration of technical infrastructure on the site and probably establishment of a new transformer station, — complete development of outdoor facilities.
