The NDMA will shortly issue a qualification scheme for continuous improvement and Lean training and lecturing services for the change agents in its organization.
The competence raising is aimed at change agents and key personnel and will take place through collections, teaching, project assignments from our own organization as well as advice and support related to the training. Relevant research connected to the task is desired.
The chosen supplier must enable change agents to independently improve and further develop working methods, etc. within the framework provided by management and provide support and training within Lean / KI in their own organization.
