The consultancy services requested are divided into the following competence areas:
1. Project manager/consultancy;
2. System development;
3. Testing and
4. Architecture and solution specification.
Individual competitions will be implemented for each individual competence area.
The contracting authority wants to enter into parallel framework agreement in each of the 4 competence areas.
