A contract shall be signed with one tenderer, who shall deliver a web-based tool for preventing pupils dropping out (IKO-tool). The tool shall support and simplify the sixth form colleges´ work on preventing pupils dropping out. The Contracting Authority is Aust-Agder, Hedmark, Oppland, Trøndelag and Akershus Counties.
