Parts of the administration building at Toppåsen school shall be rebuilt after a fire with almost the same footprint as before. The fire damaged part of the building has been demolished, but some adaptations must be made against the existing building due to the fire.
The functions that shall be housed in the new building are:
— Teacher workplaces,
— Science rooms,
— Reception classes,
— Gym hall,
— Changing rooms,
— Support functions.
The new building is on the 2nd floor with a gross area of 1660 m2.
Turnkey contract, with transportation of the architect. The tender notice is scheduled to be published in January/February 2018, with the start of construction in May 2018. Planned completion December 2018.
