Hordaland county (HFK) shall procure a management system for quality. The aim is to procure an integrated, future orientated and user friendly system. The management system for quality shall be an optimum tool for HFK today and in the coming years as regards functionality, total costs and options for simple scaling, both in the event of organisational changes in the county and as regards options for expanding the functionality in the system.
The system shall see to the internal control requirements and shall ensure compliance with goals, routines and all the rules.
The procurement includes system access, support/maintenance and assistance with implementing the system.
