The contract work for the project E6 Ranheim — Værnes includes the preparation of a development plan, engineering design services, construction and possibly maintenance and operation of a new 4 lane motorway with a maximum speed limit of 110 km/h. The road stretch is approx. 23 km. The road stretch goes from the eastern part of Trondheim municipality, through Malvik municipality and partly in to Stjørdal municipality.
