The Contracting Authority wants tender for the delivery of 2 freezing microtomes for the Pathology Department at St Olavs Hospital Health Trust.
The Department must always have at least one freezing microtone in proper order as this instrument is used for cutting frozen samples from the surgical departments, consequently requiring rapid processes and responses. The frozen microtome shall enable freezing cuts of high and constant quality.
The Department has currently older freezing microtomes which may result in breakdown. 2 of these microtomes should therefore be replaced by 2017.
The contracting authority reserves the right to reject tenders that exceed the agreed finances.
