Norges forskningsråd (Forskningsrådet) [the Research Council of Norway], wants to enter into framework agreement with a tenderer for the delivery of consultancy services for the Department of Land Based Bio Resources and Department for Innovative Business. The work will in particular be connected to the BIONÆR programme as well as the SKATTEFUNN scheme. The agreement shall be signed with the Research Council of Norway, for the period from the middle of October 2017 to the middle of October 2019.
