Danmarks Tekniske Universitet (Technical University of Denmark) 2800 Lyngby Johanne Liv Pedersen jolip@dtu.dk http://www.dtu.dk/ Acquisition of Q Exactive HF-X EASY nLC 1200. Q Exactive HF-X EASY nLC 1200. 5700000.00 The Thermo Scientific Q Exactive HF-X is a high performance benchtop quadrupole Orbitrap system that combines a high capacity transfer tube capillary, an electrodynamic ion funnel, and the most advanced quadrupole technology with a high field Orbitrap mass analyzer and features high-resolution accurate mass analysis, with and without HCD fragmentation. The ThermoFisher Scientific Q Exactive HF-X system was introduced in June 2017 as the latest generation of the proprietary Orbitrap series of mass spectrometers. It is the only instrument on the market allowing both scan speeds of up to 40 Hz and a resolution of up to 240 000 at m/z 200. No other instrument enables data-independent acquisition (DIA) at this high resolution. Unique technology reduces filling times and increases numbers of peptides to be monitored by parallel reaction monitoring (PRM) in a single run. These criteria are not met by any instrument from a competitor. 2017-07-03 Thermo Electron A/S Hvidovre 2650 5700000.00 Klagenævnet for Udbud / The Complaints Board for Public Procurement Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2 Viborg 8800 +45 35291000 klfu@erst.dk https://erhvervsstyrelsen.dk/klagenaevnet-for-udbud Pursuant to Danish Act on The Complaints Board for Public Procurement (act no. 492 of 12.5.2010 with subsequent amendments — available at www.retsinformation.dk ), the following time limits for filing a complaint apply: Complaints must be filed with The Complaints Board for Public Procurement within: 1) 45 calendar days after the contracting authority has published a contract award notice in the Official Journal of the European Union (with effect from the day following the publication date). 2) 30 calendar days starting the day after the contracting authority has informed the tenderers in question, that the contracting authority has entered into a contract based on a framework agreement through reopening of competition or a dynamic purchasing system, provided that the notification includes a short account of the relevant reasons for the decision. 3) 6 months starting the day after the contracting authority has sent notification to the candidates/tenderers involved that the contracting authority has entered into the framework agreement, cf. § 2(2) or § 171(4) of the Act on Public Procurement, provided that the notification included a short account of the relevant reasons for the decision. 4) 20 calendar days starting the day after the contracting authority has published a notice concerning his decision to uphold the contract, cf. § 185 (2) of the Act on Public Procurement.
