The Contracting Authority requests tender offers on the following service areas: 1 Moving, transport and forwarding services including prior/between storage that is a natural part of the assignment, as well as short term storage of UD goods and long term storage of personal items. 2. Storage and packing of art. 3. International shipping services. On delivery areas 1 and 3, the tenderer will carry out the necessary customs declarations (import and export declarations) with associated document processing, prior notification to the importing country's authorities and advance payment of customs and duties where necessary. The tenderer must also handle uncleared goods in transit (transit operation). The tenderer must be able to process simplified customs declaration procedures for diplomatic post and goods, hereunder exceptions from payment of customs and duties, where this is introduced.
