The Office of the Auditor General shall enter into 2 framework agreements; one for PCs and one for Servers with storage systems
The PC agreement shall cover the purchase of:
— Laptops (small and large models, including a 3 years maintenance and service agreement),
— Stationary PCs (including a 3 years maintenance and service agreement),
— Tablets (including a 3 years maintenance and service agreement),
— Other equipment related to PCs,
— Consultancy services in relation to the products included in the agreement.
The server agreement shall cover the procurement of:
— Servers (including a 5 years maintenance and service agreement),
— Annual prolongation of the service and maintenance for Hardware (during the EOL),
— Equipment related to servers (storage (NAS, DAS), cabling, memory, etc.),
— Consultancy services in relation to the products included in the agreement.
