The objective of the procurement is to enter into a framework agreement with one tenderer for cleaning services for the school's premises in line with the Contracting Authority's need, cf. the Requirement Specification (annex 1).
The framework agreement includes the cleaning of the school's premises in accordance with INSTA 800, and accompanying service assignments. Cf. the requirement specification.
