It has been politically decided that all national parks in Norway shall prepare a visitors strategy by the end of 2020 in order to improve the management of the protection areas, both as regards protection values and visitors. Information on the use of the protection area makes up an important part of the professional basis for the visitors strategy. User surveys will therefore be carried out in some of the protection areas in order to get information on how people use the area, where they go, what activities they do and to what degree they would like facilitation. The Norwegian Environment Agency would like to enter into a framework agreement with up to 2 tenderers, with each call-off consisting of an assignment with one user survey. The aim of the procurement is to get analysed data from each call-off on the framework agreement, which is obtained from user surveys in a protected area, or possibly several nearby protection areas. The common denominator is that they will be collected together under the same local management authority.
