Asker og Bærum Brannvesen IKS (ABBV) offers customers in private housing in Asker og Bærum house alarms with the reception and handling of alarm signals i the 110 centre alarm reception and turn-out from ABBV's stand-by department. ABBV is responsible for the operation and maintenance of customers as well as marketing the service.
ABBV would like to enter into a framework agreement with one or several tenderers who shall be responsible for the alarm systems and additional equipment, i.e. be responsible for site inspections at customers, give price offers, assemble the alarm systems and additional equipment, test alarm signals, have a guarantee responsibility for technical equipment etc. Tenderers shall guarantee high quality professional work, provide quick and good customer service and guarantee good capacity for carrying out the assignments.
The customer owns his own system and is responsible for system maintenance, regular testing and service. The customer procures the house alarm system from the tenderer.
