Short description

Innlandet Hospital, Medical Service Division, invites tenderers to a pre-qualification for participation in a competitive dialogue for the procurement of a laboratory automation system, middle-ware system, instruments and pneumatic dispatches.

The Medical Service Division is currently organised with laboratory activities at all 6 somatic hospitals (Lillehammer, Gjøvik, Hamar, Elverum, Tynset and Kongsvinger) and at the psychiatric hospitals. We would like to implement an automation system at the somatic hospitals, which is adapted to the presented needs as well as replace equipment for drug and alcohol screening that is currently carried out at Sanderud. The contract shall include instruments in accordance with the sub areas in the below points.

The procurement shall provide the most possible automated process, from sampling to archiving, and contribute to acceptable and predictable response time, with special emphasis on express samples. It shall at the same time have high quality of analyses and a good physical working environment must be upheld.

Further details on the needs for the delivery's extent will be in the descriptive documentation that will be sent out to the tenderers who are invited to the dialogue. The final requirements will be determined after the dialogue has been completed. The objective of the description here is only to provide information to potential tenderers for an assessment of whether they would like to apply for qualification for participation in the dialogue. The below statement must not be understood to be requirements that will be set or criteria that will be emphasised. Tenderers are encouraged to ask questions to the contracting authority and to apply for qualification for participation if they believe they can offer a relevant system.

The competition is divided into 6 sub-areas.

Sub-area 1: An automation system (transport line, pre- and post-analyses).

Sub-area 2: A middle-ware system (software for management of information flow, sample flow and result processing).

Sub-area 3: Instruments for clinical chemistry, immune chemistry/infection immunology and drug and alcohol screening analyses.

Sub-area 4: Instruments for haematology.

Sub-area 5: Instruments for coagulation.

Sub-area 6: Pneumatic dispatch, can apply from individual departments/wards (that send samples directly on the automation line with a need for unpacking). This is subject to constructional/technical and financial feasibility.
