The Norwegian Directorate of Health wants to enter into an agreement with 1 or more professional environments (hereafter referred to as the tenderer) for development, testing (pilot) and implementation of a manager education program for managers within municipal and county health and care services throughout the country. The program must be able to be implemented separately, and should be able to be included in a master degree in health management.
1 or more tenderers will be selected to develop and implement (their own) pilot model. The program shall be offered decentralised at several educational institutions so that it is accessible for managers throughout the country. It must be ready for implementation from autumn 2015. The first implementation will be considered to be a pilot. Choice of tenderer(s), hereunder the number of tenderers, will to some degree be dependent on the need for appropriate geographical distribution of the education offer.
