Short description

NSB is at the time running its SAP HCM operations inhouse and is now considering other delivery models for this system. A feasibility study has been completed for HCM area indicating that NSB can be earned with a delivery model where the supplier is responsible for the development, management and operation of a complete solution. In such a model will multiple customers rent standardized system functionality, including the related licenses. The purpose of the procurement is to enter into a long term agreement with a provider of SAP-based solutions to support HR processes. Such a partner is expected to ensure NSB access to expertise, technology and services within the scope of services. In addition, NSB wants to have the possibility to expand the scope of services according to changing business needs and requirements. NSB will continue to perform HR tasks in the system, thus the procurement does not comprise outsourcing of payroll and personnel processes (BPO).
