Short description
Rælingen intends to make a procurement of a BPA service licence. We would like to enter into a concession agreement with 6 tenderers, after which the BPA schemes will be awarded via free user choice.
The procurement is a duplicate of Contract 2023/1632 Procurement of BPA Service Concession. The procurement is only republished so that the tender deadline can be extended. Accordingly, questions and/or clarifications made in connection with Contract No. 2023/1632 also apply to this procurement.
