Request to Participate: Spare parts for Aircraft Arresting Systems

If you wish to bring your participation application to the Defence Forces Logistics Command
Headquarters, we ask you to reserve enough time. The reception desk on the ground floor may be
very busy, so the personnel will call the Contracting Entity’s registry office to come and fetch your
participation application from the reception lobby. The registry clerk will give you a receipt for having
received the participation application. The time when the registry clerk receives the participation
application in the reception lobby will be the time of submission. The Candidate is wholly responsible
for ensuring that the participation application is submitted by the deadline. The Contracting Entity’s
