DNO & B - The department for Digitalisation & Purchase wants to establish a framework agreement for consultancy services for the procurement field. We are looking for a broadly composed expertise environment. The consultant(s) must be able to contribute as external support in procurement-related assessments in the planning, implementation and contract phases. We envisage an academic environment that has broad interdisciplinary expertise; for assistance in e.g. legal issues, financial analyses, preparation of technical specifications.
