Politiets Fellestjenester (PFT) [the Norwegian Police Shared Services], henceforth also referred to as the contracting authority, shall enter into a consultancy agreement for procurement professional assistance for Politiets Fellestjenester (PFT), Øst Politidistrikt (Øst PD) and Politiets Utlendingsenhet (PU). PFT needs to hire 2 consultants. Consultant 1: Shall mainly assist PFT, Eiendoms- og administrative anskaffelser [Section for Administrative Procurements] with procurements governed by the Public Procurement Act (LOA) / the Public Procurement Regulations (FOA) parts I, II and III. Consultant 2: Shall mainly assist Øst politidistrikt (Øst PD) and Politiets Utlendingsenhet (PU) with procurements of various supplies and services governed by LOA / FOA part I, possible parts II and III, as well as call-offs and mini-contests against existing framework agreements. The consultant shall assist the contracting authority in analysing consumption and in preparing procurement plans.
