The objective of the contract is to cover the need for the transport of hazardous construction waste from Bingsa.
Recycling (hereafter called Bingsa) for final treatment at a certified treatment facility.
The purpose of the procurement is to ensure that hazardous waste is handled in such a manner that it does not cause pollution or harm for people or animals, or danger of this, and to contribute to an appropriate and sound system for handling hazardous waste, cf. the The Norwegian Waste Regulations chapter 11.
