The contracting authority would like to enter into a contract with one tenderer for the operation, monitoring, hosting, and support of the contracting authority's IT needs. The procurement is for the hire, operation and monitoring of infrastructure and network, application and database operation, as well as an option for 1st and 2nd line support.
