Direktoratet for forvaltning og økonomistyring (DFØ), c/o Statens innkjøpssenter, is in the process of preparing a category strategy for offices, as well as the procurement of a joint contract for office furniture. These two projects are running parallel to each other.
The aim of the supplier conference is to present and provide information on the projects, and to invite feedback and input.

Direktoratet for forvaltning og økonomistyring (DFØ), c/o Statens innkjøpssenter, is in the process of preparing a category strategy for offices. The aim of preparing a category strategy for offices is to analyse offices and identify what contract areas are suitable for government joint contracts, as well as highlight the potential for gains and the challenges connected to each contract area.
Statens innkjøpssenter is also in a procurement process for a joint contract for office furniture. This work is being done parallel to the work on the category strategy. The aim of the procurement is to cover the government's need for office furniture, contribute to adherence to relevant laws and rules, facilitate good implementation and management of the contract(s), and promote climate friendly systems and a circular economy.
