Short description
The contracting authority would like to procure automated equipment for the preparation of thin sections. The purpose of the procurement is to improve the thin section preparation process. Improving the process includes enhanced quality of the thin sections, increase the number of samples prepared simultaneously, enable successful preparation of various specimens and materials (especially water sensitive material), ensure a user-friendly setup with compatibility throughout the process and reduce the working time per thin section for the staff by automating the process as much as possible.
