Bodø Municipality (Bodø Spektrum AS), invites tenderers to a call for tenders for a construction manager for construction works in connection with the establishment of a Competition Pool in Bodø Spektrum. The Competition pool Bodø Spektrum includes a new building with a competition pool and relatively extensive intervention for the existing bathing facilities. The existing facilities and new facilities shall appear and be operated as one facility when completed. There is a great focus on energy saving, and the goal is for the new facility as a whole to use less energy than the current bathing facility does alone before the reconstruction. Bodø municipality's ambitions in the climate and energy plan 2019-2031 must be safeguarded. The building must have passive house level. The building must be verified in accordance with the Building Research Establishment Environmental Assessment Method (BREEAM) to level ‘Good’.
