The Norwegian Tax Administration (hereinafter called the Customer), wants to adopt new ways of working and technological possibilities in the work with environmental analysis and foresight. The request therefore concerns access to one or more digital tolls, of which at least one is based on artificial intelligence with a focus on machine learning and initial assistance in how to use digital tools.
