A competition for the development of Sogndal vidaregåande skule avd. Kaupanger og vitensenter [Development of Sogndal Sixth Form College, Kaupanger department and Science Centre] in Sogn og Fjordane has previously been announced cf. point IV.2.1 and the contract has been implemented as a turnkey contract with interaction in two different phases. The interaction phase has finished and the parties are now on their way to transition to the execution phase of the contract. The transition is founded in the system of agreements between the parties.
