Norway is establishing phase 2 of the tax for development (Tfd) programme as part of Norway’s response to the commitments made under the Addis Tax Initiative to double tax related development aid by 2020. Tfd is managed as a portfolio that cuts across much many development policy areas. As such, there is a wide range of topics where there will be demand for guidance.
