Short description
Brønnøy municipality shall in co-operation with the Helgeland Hospital Trust establish a regional medical centre in South-Helgeland, Brønnøysund. The centre shall be constructed in connection with the current Health centre in Brønnøysund The new building shall be built with 2 floors as well as technical rooms on the second floor. The total area of the new building is approx. 2 900 m
The project will be carried out as 5 separate contracts:
K201 — Building engineering works, including ground work, workmen's barracks and operation, joint services, HSE, etc.
K301 — Air treatment systems
K302 — Plumbing installations
K401 — Electrical engineering works including generators and automation systems.
K621 — Lifts
The contracts shall be subject to separate tender competitions in accordance with the following progress plan:
K201 — Publication of the tender competition 24.1.2020
Deadline for receipt of tenders: 28.2.2020
K301-K621 Publication of the tender competition 7.2.2020
Deadline for receipt of tenders: 13.3.2020
Joint tender inspection: 12.2.2020
