Short description
Sarpsborg Municipality invites architects, consultant engineers and suppliers to a supplier dialogue on a new library. The dialogue will consist of a dialogue conference and subsequent one-to-one meetings with willing actors. The delivery in the procurement will involve, amongst other things:
— preparing a new development plan for the area,
— new premises for the library are to be constructed,
— the existing library is to be renovated and altered to some degree.
