Short description
Randaberg, Sandnes and Sola municipalities call for tenders for the service concession for procurement of user controlled personal assistance (Norwegian abbreviation BPA).
The objective of the service concession scheme is to organise possibilities for clients of user controlled personal assistance services to choose which provider they want for providing the granted services (user choice). The scheme shall also ensure the clients the assistance they are entitled to, in accordance with the Act relating to health and care services and the patient and user right Act. Concession contracts shall be awarded to 4 providers.
The scheme shall work in such a way that suppliers who are granted service concession contracts are given the right to offer user controlled personal assistance services for each municipality. Each municipality will enter into separate contracts with the different service providers.
