Short description
The Norwegian Correctional Services needs a new trade system that is joint for all types of sentences and that, in a uniform way, covers the department´s need for documentation, administration and case management throughout the entire sentence, from the examination of a person, them being held in remand and the conviction to the end of their sentence. Work processes are, as a main rule, to be adapted to the new trade system, as opposed to the system adapting to the current work processes. The work processes are, however, governed by law to a certain degree, and the trade system must function within the legal frameworks that apply to the correctional services.
