Statens vegvesen (Norwegian Public Roads Authority) intends to enter into agreement with Gartner Norway AS for the provision of services for supplier independent research, analysis and consulting. This is a framework agreement, and output of the agreement can vary from year to year, depending on the needs and budgetary conditions. We therefore make the provision that the total output can change (both plus/minus) from the estimate. The contract has a duration of 2 years of entry for the contracting authority to extend the contract for one year at a maximum of 2 times. The maximum contact duration is 4 years. The value of the contract is calculated over 4 years. Based on the contracting authority's knowledge of the marked, the selected tenderer is the only provider who can cover the contracting authority's requirements for the stated service area for services related to supplier independent research, analyses and consultancy.
