The framework agreement shall comply with the Western Norway University of Applied Sciences, the Norwegian School of Economics' libraries, and employees' requirements for books in all languages.
The contract is divided into the following three sub segments:
Norwegian books.
Scandinavian languages' books (except Norwegian).
Foreign languages books (mainly English books).
Tenderers can submit tenders for one, several or all segments of the contract.
