Arbeids- og velferdsetaten (NAV) is using this market survey, (hereafter called RFI), to invite potential tenderers and/or actors to give input as to how NAV can realise a well-functioning system for more cost efficient operation of the current application portfolio on zSeries.
This includes alterations, improved utilisation or a migration to an alternative platform.
Several of NAV's central applications, including Infotrygd, are run on IBM System z, whilst other applications are run on distributed platforms.
