Gildeskål Eiendom KF is planning renovation of the outer roof at the oldest sections of Gildeskål Bo- og servicesenter (GIBOS), located in Inndyr, Gildeskål kommune.
The existing outer roof comprises concrete covers cast on site, with up-padded wooden roof with asphalted roof covering The roof shall have a drop towards an internal drainpipe.
The roofing is planned to be replaced by demolition of the up-padded wooden roof with roofing, roof boards and insulation, and new insulation with drop and installation of mechanical fastened roofing. The outer roof has an area of approx. 1 320 m2.
