St Olav's Hospital Health Trust (org. No. 883 974 832), hereafter called the contracting authority, intends to enter into a contract for upgrading a 3 - contrast injector at St. Olavs Hospital Health Trust and up to 1 at Molde hospital. The contracting authority will, at the same time, on behalf of the hospital and Molde hospital, enter into a framework agreement for consumables for the contrast injectors as mentioned above for 2 years, with an option for a contract extension (option) for up to 1 year.
St. Olavs Hospital Health Trust and Molde hospital currently have a total of 8 contrast injectors (6 St. Olav, 1 Orkdal hospital and 1 Molde hospital) of the brand Ulrich, which are currently delievered nationally by Infiniti Medical AS (org. No. 864 643 442). The contracting authority would like to have predictable conditions for the procurement of consumables for these injectors, but limit the contract period to up to a maximum of 3-three- years (including options).
The procurement contract consists of an upgrade to 3-three injectors at St. Olavs Hospital Health Trust and the framework agreement will mainly consist of a day set and patient hose set for the contrast injectors.
The estimated upgrade of these 4-four contrast injectors will be approx. 355 000 NOK excluding VAT.
The estimated turnover for consumables for St. Olavs Hospital Health Trust and Molde hospital is approx. 1 200 000 NOK excluding VAT.
The contracting authority will not enter into a procurement contract and framework agreement with Infiniti Medical AS before 6.5.2014 at the earliest.
